These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website https://www.velasim.com and VelaSim mobile applications provided by IntellectStim LLC ("VelaSim", "we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing an eSIM data plan, you agree to these Terms.
2. eSIM Data Services & Device Compatibility
VelaSim provides prepaid digital mobile data plans via eSIM technology for international travelers across 200+ destinations.
- Device Compatibility: Users are responsible for ensuring their mobile device is carrier-unlocked and supports eSIM technology before purchasing a data pass.
- Activation: eSIM profile QR codes are delivered digitally via email and client dashboard instantly upon successful payment.
- Data Usage & Validity: Data plans commence upon activation or connection to a supported local network and expire after the designated validity period (e.g. 1 day, 7 days, 15 days, 30 days) or data cap exhaustion.
3. Payments & Refund Policy
All payments are securely tokenized and processed via Stripe. Prices are listed in supported currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD).
- Prepaid Billing: Data plans are prepaid with zero recurring contract commitments or hidden roaming surcharges.
- Refund Policy: If an eSIM profile fails to install or connect due to a technical network failure caused by VelaSim or our partner carriers, users are eligible for a full refund or replacement plan by contacting support within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are not provided for non-eSIM compatible devices.
4. Acceptable Use
Users agree to use VelaSim mobile data services strictly for lawful purposes. Any fraudulent activity, resale of eSIM profiles, or network abuse is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
